Fast Forward Labs is looking for a sales lead who wants to help companies embrace artificial intelligence. We help our clients develop excellent data products, and accelerate the data fluency of their organization.

The Sales Lead will own and manage the end-to-end sales process, from inbound lead qualification, to creating sales materials, to understanding the customer use case, to developing the right offer package and pricing. You’ll collaborate with the business and operations team to improve the process over time, and contribute to the strategic direction of our products, as well as to marketing and customer success.

The ideal candidate is comfortable selling in a context where the product is not perfectly defined.

Our team is a small group of accomplished researchers and advisors in applied machine learning and artificial intelligence.

Requirements

You are excited about the transformative potential of artificial intelligence and machine learning.

You have enterprise sales experience, particularly selling to technology leadership in Fortune 1000 companies. We work across all industries that touch data, but often find ourselves in finance, insurance, media, and healthcare.

You are able to adapt your style to fit a boardroom, a startup, a non-profit, or even government, and can easily work with different sales cycle requirements.

You’re a great listener, and are able to empathize with a potential client’s needs to imagine what a winning collaboration will look like.

You take a metrics-driven approach, and like to measure and improve performance over time.

Our ideal candidate has at least three years of relevant sales experience. The seniority of this role can be crafted to match the candidate's experience level.

This is a full-time position in our Brooklyn office. Small amounts of travel are necessary, more is possible if desired.
